Si las obras consisten en peque\u00f1os arreglos en la vivienda (por ejemplo pintar habitaciones, peque\u00f1os arreglos en ba\u00f1os, habitaciones\u2026) no es necesario avisar a Sutearo.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando las obras consistan en arreglos totales de tejado, ampliaciones de la vivienda\u2026 hay que comunic\u00e1rnoslo. Son varias las razones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No tienen ayuda los da\u00f1os producidos en una vivienda sin tejado como consecuencia de agua, viento o robo.<\/li>\n<li>No tienen ayuda los da\u00f1os producidos por la propia ejecuci\u00f3n de las obras.<\/li>\n<li>Como consecuencia de esas obras el valor de mi vivienda aumenta. La diferencia es que aunque las ayudas est\u00e9n en suspenso la persona asociada no pierde su calidad de asociado.
