La Asamblea General de la Federaci\u00f3n la forman las personas compromisarias de todos los Sutearo federados (una por Sutearo y otra por cada 50 personas asociadas, por lo tanto un m\u00ednimo de 2 por Sutearo y tambi\u00e9n un m\u00e1ximo de 6).<\/p>\n

La Asamblea General es el \u00f3rgano m\u00e1ximo donde se pueden tratar y decidir todos los asuntos.<\/p>\n

La Asamblea General, compuesta por todas las personas asociadas, es el superior Órgano de Gobierno de la Entidad. En la misma pueden tratarse todos los temas y sus decisiones obligan a todos los socios\/as.<\/p>\n

Cada Sutearo al estar federado, depende de ésta en temas de gestión cedidas a la misma, así como en las decisiones tomadas por la mayoría de los Sutearo federados. Cada Sutearo toma parte en la Asamblea General de la Federación a través de las personas representantes o compromisarias en proporción a sus afiliación.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1 compuesta por personas representantes de seis Sutearo, personas que ostenten la presidencia y vicepresidencia de la Federaci\u00f3n, una representaci\u00f3n del Consejo de Vigilancia y otra del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Participan la Gerencia y una representaci\u00f3n de la oficina que realizan la labor de ponencia y secretar\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La Direcci\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n entre Asambleas radica en la Junta Directiva. Su trabajo estriba en cumplir y hacer cumplir los Acuerdos de la Asamblea General, responsabilizarse de la buena gesti\u00f3n de la Federaci\u00f3n y las personas asociadas en cumplimiento de los estatutos y de la legislaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Una vez al a\u00f1o m\u00ednimamente se celebra una Junta Directiva ampliada compuesta por una representaci\u00f3n de cada Sutearo.<\/p>\n

Esta compuesta por una persona en representación de cada barrio o zona turnadas por orden alfabético. Su número es variable conforme al número de afiliados\/as y la división de los barrios o zonas. Al día de hoy, el número de personas que componen la Junta de cada Sutearo , oscila entre 2 y 13 .<\/p>\n

Entre Asambleas recae en ella la responsabilidad de todo aquello cuya gestión no haya sido cedida a la Federación.<\/p>\n

A su vez, cuando le corresponda toma parte de la Junta de Dirección de la Federación.<\/p>\n

Asiste a las reuniones Comarcales, a la Junta ampliada de la Federación y a la Asamblea de ésta en número que a cada Sutearo corresponde según el número de su afiliación.<\/p>\n

Su cometido es el de cuidar que Sutearo mantenga su filosof\u00eda. Si observaren que cambia de derrotero pueden convocar Asamblea General Extraordinaria.

Está integrado por las tres últimas personas que han ostentado la presidencia y las que actualmente ostentan tanto la presidencia como la vicepresidencia, una en representación del Consejo de promotores y la persona que ostenta la gerencia. Su misión es la vigilancia de la marcha diaria de la Federación y los Sutearo, así como también servir de apoyo y asesoría a la Junta de Gobierno.<\/p>\n
